the first DVD release.
Newly edited video collection "Discovery-Video Anthology TV Show" that summarizes
the Carpenters' precious TV show footage. The Carpenters have appeared on
numerous TV shows since their debut through the 70's. Some of them have been made
into video works so far, but this is a newly compiled DVD 2-disc set centering on
unrecorded images. TV shows such as the Ed Sullivan show and the Andy Williams
show, starting with the video that appeared on TV as the Dick Carpenter Trio in the
amateur era before the A & M debut, are recorded with newly released high-quality
images in recent years. The main host's crown program, 1976 "Very First TV Special"
and 1978 "Space Encounters" are all uncut. Complete recording of the program
including co-starring with John Denver (1976) and Star Wars parody skit (1978). In
addition, a total of over 3.5 hours of rare footage, including a cover of Wings' "Kokoro
no Love Song" co-starred with Captain & Tennille, and TV show appearances from
the 80's, including the first DVD release. The long-awaited latest video special
